Is Bankruptcy a good option for you?
On Tuesday, April 27, 2010 at 6:30 p.m., the Wright Firm will introduce a new seminar entitled “Ten Myths of Bankruptcy: Is Bankruptcy a good option for you?” The seminar will be free to the public and will take place at the Double Tree Hotel in the Campbell Centre, located at 8250 N. Central Expressway, Dallas, Texas 75206.
The seminar will include a presentation that will last approximately 45 minutes and will dispel the ten most common myths about bankruptcy. The ten myths addressed during the presentation will include the following:
The presentation will be given by Lauren Timmerman and Monica Peters, two of the Wright Firm’s attorneys practicing in the bankruptcy section, and will be followed by a question and answer period. During the question and answer period, attendees will have an opportunity to have any of their questions about bankruptcy answered if they were not addressed during the course of the presentation.
Following the presentation, staff members from the Wright Firm will also be available to schedule a free one- hour consultation for anyone who would like to discuss the specific facts of their personal financial situation with one of the attorneys from the firm.
Attendees of the seminar will leave with a hand out summarizing the information provided during the seminar. Attendees should also be equipped with the information necessary to allow him or her to make the right decision regarding whether or not bankruptcy is the right choice for his or her financial situation.

- I will have to pay 100% of my debt because of the change in the bankruptcy laws.
